Quinn Can Count!!!!

It has been a long time in coming but Quinn is actually using words on his own. Well, at least three words.....One... Two.... Threeeeeeee!!!!!

Cooking with Southern Living at Home

Naomi received a cook book from her Aunt Amy for her 9th birthday. We decided to give a few of the recipes a try. They came out great!!! Naomi made everything by herself ( except a bit of dicing help from Carm) She made Pizza dip and Apple Enchiladas. Both were SUPER DELISH!!! Way to go Naomi-O!!!

Step 1. Cutting the tortillas

Step 2. Add the apple fillingStep 3. Place in the baking dishStep 4. Repeat until all tortillas are filledStep 5. Make sauce.. In sauce pan add FlourBrown Sugar

ButterWaterAnd CinnamonStep 6. Bring to a boil then simmer for 3 minStep 7. Pour sauce over apple filled tortillasStep 8. Bake for 20 minStep 9. Serve warm with whipped creamYUMMY!!!!!!!
